The 2026 plan mirrors the physical setup: two 20×20 ft metal frames (one beside the amphitheatre, one between the two trees). Each white Ghaat box is 4.1 ft × 2.6 ft and is shared by two Vratis. Assignments stay admin-only while you plan; residents see them only after you explicitly publish.

How to allocate: tap a Vrati under “Awaiting placement”, then tap any highlighted empty slot. You can also tap an empty slot first and choose the Vrati. Tap an occupied slot to move, remove, or add an internal note. Planning markers: 🌳 means Koshi is planned; 🧺 with a number shows the planned Soop count.

20×20 ft framesStandard plan per frame: 6 boxes in a 3 × 2 arrangement = 12 Vrati slots. Physical maximum assumed: 8 boxes per frame if overflow placement is later approved. A further frame is added in the venue layout file only.
